Transformation is the word that defines our journey with OKR at the MPDFT. Marcos Barros's sensitivity and clarity helped us to see the work in a new way: one that is more human, more collaborative, and focused on results that truly make a difference in people's lives. The teams began to recognise themselves as part of a shared purpose, strengthening alignment, focus, and a sense of belonging.

Every meeting and every joint effort broadened our perspective and reinforced the confidence that we could move forward with meaning and direction. The process was significant not only for the methodology itself, but for the shared experience that connected and transformed us.

Today, we recognise this path as a watershed moment in our management culture. Marcos Barros’s contribution remains vital within our institution, inspiring more conscious practices and daily renewing our commitment to a public service that is more strategic and results focused.
