6-Month Programme
OKR PRAGMA 6 is a complete, hands-on mentoring and training journey designed for organisations starting their OKR implementation. Over a six-month period, your team will learn, apply, and refine the OKR methodology while managing real priorities. The programme combines structured learning with guided execution, ensuring that knowledge is immediately translated into practice. It is ideal for initial OKR deployments in up to six departments or strategic areas.
The process begins with an Information Assessment, involving meetings with executives to understand expectations, challenges, and opportunities, as well as the organisational culture. This is followed by an Awareness Presentation, designed to engage participants who will be involved in the initial phases of OKR implementation, providing a clear view of what the methodology entails and the benefits it brings to the institution.
Next, we move into Governance Design, where we co-create the Implementation OKR, including a risk analysis and mitigation plan, along with the OKR Playbook — the institution’s governance document for OKR management. Once this foundation is set, leaders participate in workshops to create Annual Directional OKRs, which set the key strategic priorities for the year, and Quarterly Navigational OKRs, which define the tangible goals and key results for the first quarter in the selected areas.
The programme also includes a comprehensive Training in Priority Management with OKRs, preparing professionals to use the methodology effectively in their day-to-day management routines. Following this, our mentors accompany the organisation through the first four weekly OKR check-in meetings, guiding teams through the monitoring of results and supporting the quarterly transitions — including the creation of new OKRs for the next cycle.
By the end of the six months, participants will have not only mastered the OKR methodology but also embedded a rhythm of disciplined execution and learning. OKR PRAGMA 6 turns strategy into daily practice — helping teams focus, collaborate, and deliver measurable impact with purpose.
