The Public Prosecutor's Office of Mato Grosso do Sul underwent an institutional revolution with the arrival of OKRs. Strategic planning came to life and brought results, thanks to the change in organisational culture that fostered the effective involvement of people and their teams in achieving goals, with purpose and great engagement.

The success of the implementation, which benefited from the support, experience, and professionalism of Marcos Barros, resonated throughout Brazil. Our experience was shared with other Federal Units, and today the Brazilian Public Prosecutor's Office is advancing towards management excellence, with the metrics and results that OKRs offer, elevating organisational maturity and effectiveness.
