Agile Strategic Planning

We are pleased to introduce our new solution for simplified strategic planning: STRATA 2.0 – Agile Strategy. We recognise that the strategic planning process can often be complex and time-consuming, creating challenges for implementation and the achievement of organisational objectives. Based on well-established principles of organisational strategy and Balanced Scorecard (BSC), we have developed a methodology that simplifies strategy creation, enabling it to be carried out efficiently and effectively within a short period of time.

Our methodology assumes that the development of the main objectives, indicators, and initiatives will be done through OKRs, created from the priorities established in the Simplified Strategy. This allows for practical implementation and continuous monitoring of results.

This approach makes it possible to address strategy according to its original definition – the macro-level view of how we will reach the desired vision within the defined period.

STRATA 2.0 is the new version of our product, featuring a series of improvements, including the use of Artificial Intelligence Agents in the process to accelerate research, analysis, brainstorming, forecasting, and summarisation. In this version, we not only develop the OKRs for the entire strategic period, but also the OKRs for the first year and the first quarter, along with the institution’s OKR Governance Document – the OKR Playbook.

The use of OKRs, combined with follow-ups at shorter intervals (such as half-yearly, quarterly, and weekly), also contributes to the simplification of the process while increasing the likelihood of achieving the established vision, as it reduces the number of assumptions made about the future.
